This was Parker's 1st pinewood derby. Both of my boys were so excited (that is Parker and Joe:)! Joe took the boys to Hobby Lobby to pick up "some" items to build his car....they came back with a few bags full of supplies. It's only a 4 inch car, why in the world would they need all that stuff!!!! Joe, oh I mean Parker did a great job on his #32 "Jimmer" hot rod:) He placed 2nd in most of the races and won the "Best of Show" award. Great job Boys!!

This is my favorite shot. Notice all the dads making sure there is enough graphite on the wheels. Really this should be an elders Quorum event! haha!!
