Draper Temple Open House
For Family night while Joe's parents were in town, we went to the Draper temple open house. We didn't have tickets but figured that we would try to jump into a tour. It turns out that the tours had ended and hour earlier. We were all a little sad. The stake president who was in charge that night didn't want to turn us away and so he took us on our own little private tour of the temple! It was a wonderful experience for our whole family!

Payslie, that is such a neat experience, that is something that your family will never forget!! When we had the Sacramento temple open house, Troy was on the High Council and in charge of the whole thing for our Stake so he and I had the opportunity to give the tours. That was an amazing experiece, but what was even better was that Troy and I were able to be in the Celestial room just 2 rows from President Hinckley for the dedication. WOW, is all I can say!!
If you haven't already, have your kids journal about their experience in the temple! Love you!
